With the vision to become the leader in specialty fiber optics
for broad range spectroscopy applications, Microptik has
developed tailored spectroscopy probes to meet every
customer´s expectations. Immersion ATR and transmission
probes, fl uorescent and diffuse refl ection probes, are some of
the offered products, all of them compatiblewith any FTIR,
FT-NIR or dispersion spectrometer, process-photometer,
IR-LED or QCL spectral sensor to used in-line for PAT-applications,
in a broad espectral range from 180nm to 18μm.
 
Developing Polycrystalline IR-fi ber technology based
IR probes
on extrusion of Silver Halide crystals, Microptik has grown
to become a leader in production of unique PIR-fi bers,
expanding the transmission limit of traditional fi ber optics
from 2.5μm up to 18μm. PIR-fi ber optics enables to use
process-spectroscopy in Mid IR spectral range, for molecular
vibration absorption bands used in spectral media analysis.
